Exercise for Children

We offer a versatile selection of instructed exercise activities for children. Our professional instructors will make sure that your child is able to exercise in an enjoyable and playful environment. Our exercise schedule for children includes courses such as Baby Swimming, Swimming Courses, Family Exercise (1-3-year-olds) and clubs such as Exercise Playgroup (3-6-year-olds), Start to Exercise (6-12- year-olds) and Instructed Gym for Teenagers (11-15 -year-olds).

NOTE! To ensure an online reservation, you will need to add your child’s information into your account information when registering. If you need to cancel your reservation, you have to do it 3 weeks prior to the start date. You will need a doctor’s note to get a refund if you cancel your reservation any later than this. We will charge a handle fee (9€) from this transaction. For more information contact the FIX employee who is in charge of the particular course.

In addition, we organize events for children and for the whole family such as a Pool party in Siltamäki (with music, competitions and water toys) and Theme Birthdays (playful water exercise with/without an instructor, birthday cake). You can also plan an event yourself with exercise activities.

Allaskarkelot Siltamäessä

Allaskarkelot -tapahtumassa luvassa on musiikkia, kisailuja, leluja ja superhauskaa tekemistä koko perheelle 30-asteisessa vedessä ja kotoisassa uimahallissa. Allaskarkelot syksyllä la 22.10. klo 17.00 -19.00 ja la 19.11. klo 17.00 -19.00. Tule nauttimaan, ei vaadi ennakkoilmoittautumista! Normaaliuintimaksu.

Siltamäen uimahallin voi vuokrata myös perheen omaan käyttöön lauantai-iltaisin klo 18.30-20.00. Kysy lisää puh. 040 527 5834,

Teemasynttärit

Lasten syntymäpäiviä voi viettää myös lasten yhteisellä vesiliikuntahetkellä ja sen jälkeen järjestää kakkukekkerit kokoustilassa tai kahvilassa. Tämä onnistuu kaikissa uimahalleissamme. Tarvittaessa saatte ohjaajan leikittämään ja järjestämään mukavaa ohjelmaa. Kysy lisää halleiltamme Kallio, Malmi, Mäkelänrinne, Pasila, Siltamäki, Töölö tai Vuosaari.
