Exercise Playgroup

This exercise playgroup for 3-6-year-old children is based on a versatile exercise program. This playgroup demonstrates simple strategies that will help your child exercise in a playful environment and gain confidence and results in a fun way before starting to learn a specific sport.

Groups for 3-4-year-olds and for 5-6-year-olds are held in Malmi, Töölö and Vuosaari.
