Running Start 2 -The goal is to run a half or full marathon
During this extension course you will learn through different running exercises the right speed for long distance running. The goal is to be able to run a half or full marathon. In the beginning of the course your running technique will be tested on a treadmill. Additionally, you will receive advice concerning nutrition and running rhythms.
