Running is an easy activity to do and enjoy anywhere anytime. Running Start 1 will begin in the fall and by joining this course you can build endurance for the spring, if you are attending Naisten Kymppi, Midnight Run or a similar running event or if you just want to get in shape and enjoy running.

This course is for everyone!

If you are already in basic condition, Running Start 1 is ideal for you. You will improve your running technique and speed through various running exercises. We will also instruct you how to combine gym training to your running routine.
