FIX Yoga (50 min) New!
This is a basic yoga class that combines Power and Vinyasa Flow yoga. Gentle and concentrated poses are followed by flowing movements that end with short relaxing stretches. Yoga increases strength and flexibility in the body and teaches conscious relaxation. The exercises are done in bare feet. You should bring something warm to wear for the final relaxation. This class is for everyone, including beginners.![]()
Flexi-Bar® (50 min)
In this class, a Flexi-Bar is used in the exercises to activate deep abdominal and back muscles. By shaking the Flexi-Bar, the vibration causes blood and oxygen flow more freely in the muscles and this alleviates tension particularly in the back area. Since these exercises concentrate on core muscles, this class is very beneficial for those recovering from child birth. The class starts with a warm-up and then moves on to various muscle strength exercises.![]()
FIX Pilates (50 min)
This class is based on body control and Pilates. The warm-up is designed to increase movement in the body. The main emphasis of the class is to strengthen the core muscles, by using basic Pilates and body control exercises. The class ends with calming stretches. All exercises are done in bare feet.![]()
Les Mills BODYBALANCE® (60 min)
This class draws from yoga, Tai chi and Pilates. The purpose of the exercises is to increase balance, movement and relaxation. All the exercises are done in bare feet. You should bring something warm to wear for the relaxing stretches at the end of the class. All the instructors follow the same program, which changes every 3 months.![]()
Stretching (50 min)
This class aims to condition the body in a relaxing way. The class starts with a warm-up that is designed to increase movement in the body. This is followed by various types of stretches that will alleviate muscle tension.![]()
