Fitballs provide soft body support and can be implemented into many standard exercises such as sit-ups; push-ups or curls. The exercises in this class are designed to help improve the core muscle groups by focusing on strength, balance, weight distribution, posture and coordination.
FIX (50 min)
This class will reel you in with its up-beat music and easy but effective exercises. It is a perfect choice for the every man and woman. The class does not include any difficult choreography and it is ideal for beginners.
