X-Bike & Core (50 min)
X- Bike and Core is a versatile and fast-paced class. It has 30 minutes of bicycling and 20 minutes of muscle-strengthening exercises that concentrate on the abdominal area. The class ends with stretching that lasts 10 minutes. Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel with you.
Indoor Cycling (45 min)
This workout increases your oxygen intake and strengthens the lower body muscles. You can regulate the resistance on the bike according to your fitness. Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel with you.
