Refreshing Water Exercise

Fun and invigorating workout that combines the Zumba formula with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. The interval portions of the class help bring your heart rate up and you will definitely get a total body workout in the most exhilarating way. A new AQUAMBA class is produced every two months with new music and choreography.

Hydrobic (30/40 min)

Hydrobic is an effective and versatile way to exercise in the water to up-beat music. The class begins with a light warm-up. The body and the water are used as leverage to make the workout more effective. The aim of exercises is to improve posture and especially the back an abdominal muscles. Depending on the instructor, different exercise equipment is used to enhance and support the performance.

Hydrobic, deep water (30/40 min)

This form of water exercising is done in the deep end of the pool, without base contact. You will need a water running belt for the class that you can borrow from us. The body and the water are used as leverage to strengthen the muscles and to bring the heart rate up.

Hydrospinning (30/40 min)

Hydrospinning is bicycling in the water with a Hydrorider pool bicycle. The water resistance challenges the rider, since the more you paddle, the stronger the resistance becomes. By alternating the speed and rhythm of the bicycling and moving your hands under water in the process, increases the effectiveness of the workout.

WATERCOMBAT® (30 min)

You get to fight strike and kick in the deep water wearing a water running belt. This class combines karate; boxing and Tai chi. The aim of the class is to get a total body workout and to raise the heart rate efficiently.

Water Exercise(30 min)

This class offers versatile exercising in the water to up-beat music. The body and the water are used as leverage to make the workout more effective. The aim of exercises is to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles. Depending on the instructor, different exercise equipment is used during the class to enhance and support the performance. Water Exercising is an easier class than Hydrobic.
