Les Mills BODYPUMP® (60 min)
This is an effective class to strengthen you entire body, using a barbell and a step board to pump your muscles to up-beat music. All the instructors use the same program, which chances every 3 months.This class is also ideal for men.![]()
Supervised Gym Training (75 min)
This is an effective and versatile muscle strengthening class in the gym. The class begins with a warm-up and concludes with stretching. The instructor is present during the whole class and provides assistance and advice.![]()
Kettlebell (50 /60 min)
This class introduces a variety of exercises done with a kettlebell that target all of the major muscle groups in the body. At every session, the instructor will show you how to safely execute the basic kettlebell exercises, after which you will move on to more technically challenging exercises, depending on your fitness and progress levels. TRX® (50 min)
This class is based on suspension training that is a method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise, by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination. This class is also ideal for men.![]()
