Here you can reserve places for classes and courses, buy monthly and serial cards, and

		Browse our reservation system You can browse schedules for swimming courses, group exercise classes and courses, and events without signing in. You can also print out the schedules here.
		Reserve and/or buy After you have signed in by using your password, you can reserve and pay for swimming courses and lessons as well as events. You can also print out the schedules here. Note that you must have either a monthly or a serial card to group exercise of your choice to be able to reserve places for classes online.
		Here you can buy serial and monthly cards to our exercise services If you do not own a smart card already, you need to buy one before the services you purchase here can be downloaded into it. After you have a customer card you can order a password that will give you access to your account.
		How to register a new customer If you are a new customer, you can register into our system here. This way we will already have your information ready when you come to our customer service to buy a customer card and exercise services. After this, you can order a password to our reservation system and web shop. NOTE! When you purchase or reserve swimming courses, group exercise classes, and courses or events, you will commit to follow  the terms of our customer contracts, web shop contracts and general rules and regulations.

Payment

• You can buy our exercise services online through Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy, by using your Netbank access codes.
• By purchasing an exercise service, a binding contract is formed between the customer and Urheiluhallit Oy. To confirm the payment, you must return back to Urheiluhallit Oy website after completing your Netbank transaction. The purchased exercise services are valid only for the duration given in the receipt.

Prices
Value Added Tax is included in our prices.

Accuracy of Account Information
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and content of all information submitted to us. Urheiluhallit Oy is not responsible for any inconveniences due to incorrect customer information.

Cancelling Reservations
If you need to cancel your reservation for an exercise or swimming course, you need to do it 3 weeks prior to the start date. You will need a doctor’s note to get a refund if you cancel your reservation any later than this. You will receive a cancellation confirmation into your email as well as into your customer account. We will charge a handle fee (9€) from this transaction.
