Senior Classes

Fitness Exercise (60min)

This class is designed for seniors who want to increase their muscle strength, and to maintain their muscle mobility.

Supervised Gym Training (60min)

This class is a great way to safely train in the gym. The class starts with a warm-up, after which everybody begins training along with their individual gym programs. The instructor provides assistance and advice if needed. The class concludes with stretching.

Fitness Pilates (60min)

The purpose of this class is to assist body control. After a light warm-up that is designed to increase mobility, the focus shifts to the core muscles. Balance exercises and calm stretches are central to the class, as well as the importance of right breathing technique as part of the exercises. You should bring something warm to wear for the final relaxation at the end of the class.

Indoor Cycling (30min)

This workout increases oxygen intake and strengthens the lower body muscles. You can regulate the resistance on the bike according to your fitness. Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel with you.

Water Exercise (30min)

This class offers versatile exercising in the water to up-beat music. The exercises in this class are calm and done with broad movement, with the purpose to increase mobility in the body. The water and various exercising equipment are used as leverage to make the workout more effective.

Relaxation/Stretching (60min)

This class aims to condition the body in a relaxing way. The class starts with a warm-up that is designed to increase movement in the body. This is followed by various stretches that will alleviate muscle tension. Different exercise equipment may be used during the class. You should bring something warm to wear.

 Zumba (50 min) NEW

A class in which different Latin dance styles and dance moves are executed without difficult choreography. The music and the exercise routines in this class have been adapted to suit our senior customers. Zumba® is a fun way to get your heart rate up and keep the entire body moving!
