Swimming Courses for School Children

Elementary Swimming Course for School Children is intended for 7-9-year-old non-swimming children. This course will cover elementary swimming skills according to the Learn to Swim plan.

Objective: learning elementary swimming skills, such as staying afloat, water acquaintance, diving and gliding. The course meets 8 times for 30 minute sessions.

Intermediate Swimming Course for School Children

Intermediate Swimming Course for School Children is intended for children who can dive and glide both front and back.
Objective: learning how to stay afloat longer and perfecting dog and elementary backstroke techniques.

Elementary Swimming Technique Course for School Children 1

Elementary Swimming Technique Course for School Children 1 is intended for those who can swim at least 10 meters with both front and backstroke.

Objective: developing elementary swimming techniques further, and finding the right swimming poses as well as practicing new techniques. The aim of this course is also learning how to stay afloat longer, and increasing stamina in swimming.

The course meets 8 times for 45 minute sessions.

Elementary Swimming Technique Course for School Children 2

Elementary Swimming Technique Course for School Children 2 is intended for those who can swim at least 25 meters, with front and backstroke.

Objective: moving from elementary swimming techniques to the basic swimming techniques. The aim of the course is also learning how to stay afloat longer and increasing stamina in swimming, as well as, finding the right swimming pose.

The course meets 8 times for 30 minute sessions.

Swimming Technique Course for School Children 3

Swimming Technique Course for School Children 3 is intended for those who can swim at least 200 meters, of which 50 meters with backstroke technique. The aim of the course is to practice freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke with different equipment, and to continue on to combining them into one united performance. Turns, start jump and elementary butterfly stroke are also added to the already learned techniques.

Objective: finding the right swimming poses and learning the basic swimming techniques.

The course meets 8 times for 45 minute sessions.

Swimming Club for School Children

Swimming Club for School Children is intended for 7-10 and 11-14 year-old children who have completed swimming technique course for school children 3, and are eager to further their swimming skills, and continue the hobby in a safe and familiar environment

Objective: maintaining and developing learned skills with fun and productive exercises. In addition, incorporating lifesaving techniques, and learning the butterfly stroke.

The swimming club meets 16 times for 45 minute sessions.
