INRTODUCTION TO GYM TRAINING, 13-15 YEARS

The course is a safe introduction to gym training for 13-15-year-olds with the help of a trainer. The participants will learn how to use the gym equipment and free weights as well as receive a personalized gym workout plan. The trainer will consider each participants' age-appropriate development level.

For whom

The course is for children aged 13 to 15 who are interested in the gym but are not old enough to train unsupervised at our gyms

Benefits

After completing the course, the participants will receive a personalized gym workout plan and a permission to practice at Urheiluhallit gyms with the consent of a parent or a guardian.
