YOUTH GYM (13–15 years)

Youth Gym is for children aged 13 to 15 who are not yet old enough to train unsupervised at our gyms. The course introduces different warm-up routines and muscle strength exercises, utilizing the gym machines and equipment. Each workout session lasts for 60 minutes and ends with stretching.

  • On the first session, the participants will meet at the swimming hall lobby (the tables next to the customer service point). The instructor will direct the participants to the dressing rooms (Weight room, Gym 2 dressing rooms) to change into indoor sports gear.
  • After dressing up, the participants will meet the instructor at the Weight room, Gym 2 entrance gates.
