Our fitness boxing courses will give you a great initiation to fitness boxing or martial arts in general.
The exercises will develop your coordination and reaction speed, as well as muscle strength.

FITNESS BOXING, BEGINNER
In the beginner course you will learn the basic techniques of fitness boxing, such as the correct fist position and fighting stance, basic punches, boxing drills, blocking techniques and counter punching moves. You will practice the techniques by light-contact sparring with a partner. You will also get to do focus mitt, pad and bag training. Additionally, the course introduces coordination, movement, endurance and muscle strength exercises.

The course is excellent for those who do not have any previous martial arts background.

FITNESS BOXING, ADVANCED
In the advanced course you will learn more challenging punching combinations and techniques. The exercise intesity will be increased per your fitness level.

The course is for those who have completed the beginner course or have previous martial arts background.
