A class with functional, high-intensity exercises that strengthen the deep core muscles. The class starts with a short but effective warm-up. The exercises are enhanced by using various equipment and the body’s own weight as resistance. Body & Core is suitable for everyone that enjoys challenging and versatile exercise.
