CORE & STRETCHING (50 min)
Core & Venyttely
A class with versatile exercises that strengthen the core muscles. All exercises are done by using the body’s own weight as resistance. The warm-up includes various rotational and rolling exercises as well as balance exercises. The class ends with calm stretching. Core & Stretching is suitable for all fitness levels. The class is also available as a Hot class in Mäkelänrinne.

You will strengthen the core muscles, improve body mobility and decrease muscle tension.
Gear
Sportswear, a small towel and a water bottle. You can be bare-footed or wear socks or gym shoes.
