FITNESS BOXING (50/60 min)


Learn to hit, dodge and move without any physical contact. The class consists of different techniques and muscle strength exercises from fitness boxing. As the participants’ skills and competence levels increase, the class progresses to technically more challenging exercises. Fitness boxing is a great class for those interested in martial arts.


You will develop coordination and reactivity, as well as learn how to relax the shoulder and neck area. The muscle exercises typical of this sport also improve overall muscle strength.


Sportswear and gym shoes, a small towel and a water bottle. If you wish, you can also bring your own boxing gloves.
