The exercises are done using the body and various resistance aids to fun upbeat music. Hydrobic is suitable for everyone that enjoys water exercise.

Hydrobic, deep water (30/40 min)

Deep water hydrobic is a cardio and conditioning workout that gets muscles working against the resistance of the water; elevating the heart rate and burning calories. The exercises are done using a buoyancy belt in deep water without pool floor contact. All participants must know how to swim.

Benefits

Both classes are impact free designed to improve balance, posture, flexibility and core strength. You can adjust the intensity of the exercises per your fitness level.

Gear

Swimwear. If you do not want to get your hair wet, wear a swimming cap. If you do not want to wear a swimming cap, remember to tie up long hair. You can borrow a buoyancy belt for deep water hydrobic at the beginning of the class.
