HYDROSPINNING (30/40 min)

Hydrospinning is underwater cycling to up-beat music. Water resistance makes this class very challenging: the faster the speed, the higher the resistance. Changing the cycling rhythm and speed during the class brings variation to the intensity. Different arm movements and changing cycling positions make the class more effective and versatile. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, so that you have enough time to choose your equipment and adjust the bike settings. Hydrospinning is suitable for those who enjoy effective water exercise.

Benefits

Water exercises are effective, but gentle on the joints. You can adjust the intensity of the class per your fitness level by utilizing water resistance. The class develops both aerobic fitness and muscle endurance.

Gear

Swimwear. If you do not want to get your hair wet, wear a swimming cap. Remember to tie up long hair.
