Les Mills BARRE™ (30 or 45 min)

Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, Les Mills BARRE™ is a combination of cardio and strength exercises with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. The program changes every three months. Les Mills BARRE™ is suitable for all fitness levels.


You will tone leg and postural muscles as well as build core strength.
