Les Mills BODYBALANCE® (60 min)

BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates based workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling calm and centered. Controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Each class ends with a short relaxation exercise. The program changes every three months. BODYBALANCE® is suitable for all fitness levels. Hot classes also available in Mäkelänrinne.


You will improve mobility, strength and body control.


Sportswear. You should also bring a small towel, water bottle and warm clothes for the relaxation exercise at the end of the class. You can be bare-footed or wear socks.
