Les Mills BODYPUMP® (60 min)

BODYPUMP®, the original Les Mills barbell class, is a simple but effective muscular endurance class. The class consists of exercises that are easy to learn, and you can modify their intensity per your own fitness level. The program changes every three months. Please make sure that you are in the exercise hall five minutes before the class begins.


You will get a whole-body workout. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you will burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
