The class begins with a warm-up with different types of rotations, mobility exercises and stretching, combined with easy aerobic steps. The muscle fitness portion of the class focuses particularly on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles, and improving posture. The class ends with stretching. The Neck & Back class is suitable for all fitness levels.
