SLOW YOGA (60 min)

A tranquil and easy yoga class. The movements will be carried out in flowing sequences, synchronized with your breathing and by listening to your body. Slow Yoga class is suited for beginners, as well as advanced yogis.


You will increase body mobility and muscle strength, particularly in the legs and back. You will also gain balance and body control.


Sportswear. You should also bring a small towel, water bottle and warm clothes for the relaxation exercise at the end. You can be bare-footed or wear socks.
