A high intensity interval class in deep water without pool floor contact. A buoyancy belt is used during the class. All participants must know how to swim.

A high-intensity interval class. Water HIIT is suitable for everyone that enjoys water as an element.


You will develop both aerobic fitness and muscle endurance. Water exercises are effective but easy on the joints. You can adjust the intensity of the exercises by the speed of your movements, the water resistance and lever arms.


Swimwear. If you do not want to get your hair wet, wear a swimming cap or tie up long hair. We will borrow you a buoyancy belt at the beginning of the class.
