WATERMIX, deep water (30/40 min)

Watermix is a combination of our different water exercise classes and the exercises are performed in deep water with the help of an aquajogging belt. The versatile workout consists of exercises that increase heart rate, strengthen muscle tone and challenge the whole body.

Effective full-body exercises develop both aerobic fitness and muscular endurance. During the class you will get an introduction to our versatile water exercise classes.

Swimwear. Wear a swim cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. Long hair should be tied up.
