FITNESS & POWER (Kunto & Voima) (50/60 min)

A class with easy step routines and muscle strength exercises to up-beat music. The class begins with a warm-up with different types of rotations, mobility exercises and stretching, combined with easy aerobic steps. Exercise intensity can be modified to fit individual fitness levels. The class ends with stretching.
