Pilates (50/60 min)
A class based on body control and Pilates. The focus is on strengthening the core muscles, maintaining good posture and gaining spine mobility.
Benefits
You will strengthen your core, pelvic floor and shoulder girdle muscles. Your posture and spine mobility will also improve.
Gear
Sportswear. You should also bring a small towel and a water bottle. You can be bare-footed or wear socks.
