For adults who cannot swim.
Objective
Water familiarization, keeping afloat, water submersion, and learning the basics of gliding and swimming techniques.
Teaching will proceed in accordance with the swimming teaching plan for beginners.

For whom?
For adults who cannot swim but can dive and stay relaxed in the water, either on their stomachs or backs.
Objective
Increasing swimming stamina and practicing staying afloat longer.
Developing basic swimming techniques. Subject to facility availability, teaching will also take place in the large pool.

SWIMMING TECHNIQUE 1 FOR ADULTS

For whom?
For adults who can swim at least 25 meters, both on their stomachs and backs. Participating in this course does not require previous swimming technique experience.
Objective
Finding the right and efficient swimming position and learning basic swimming techniques.
Practicing water comfort and using the correct breathing techniques.

SWIMMING TECHNIQUE 2 FOR ADULTS

For whom?
For adults who can swim at least 200 meters without rest.
The participants must have experience in swimming techniques and must be able to swim while keeping their faces in the water.
Objective
Learning basic swimming techniques and turns that can be practiced independently after the course. Improving the already learned swimming techniques.
The participants will practice the various phases of the freestyle stroke, backstroke and breaststroke to gain a good overall swimming technique. Turns, start dives, swim kicks and hand strokes will be combined with the swimming techniques and, if possible, basics of the butterfly stroke will also be introduced.

SWIMMING CLUB FOR ADULTS

For whom
For adults who have completed the swimming technique courses.
Objective
The club routine includes exercises using different aids, swimming speed and distance regulating, as well as continual swimming technique perfecting.
Additionally, we offer training and technique-oriented swimming clubs for adults.
- Training- oriented swimming club concentrates on increasing and maintaining the participants overall fitness. The participants will swim approximately 1.5-2 km during each session.
- Technique-oriented swimming club concentrates more on technique, than being able to swim long distances. The participants will swim approximately 1- 1.5 km during each session.
