Sales Terms of Summer Services

In addition to the valid Terms and Conditions of Customer Contracts, our summer services are subject to the following exceptional sales terms:

Validity of summer services (per visit, multi-visit and monthly cards)

Summer services must be used in full within the period of validity of the individual card i.e. by the end of the summer season 31 August 2026.

Considerations:

Summer services are not refunded for days when our locations are closed (annual maintenance of the hall, Midsummer 19.–21.6., weekends when the halls are closed, work community day 14.8.).
Summer services cannot be paused.
Any visits or time left unused after the end of the summer season will not be refunded.
Summer services (per visit, multi-visit and monthly cards) cannot be converted into cash. For switching to another summer service, we charge a handling fee of 10,00 € / exchange.
Cases of illness will be processed on a case-by-case-basis, in accordance with the Customer Contract Terms.

Additional summer campaign information

There is no discount on single or monthly swimming cards. As an exception, there are UH swimming prices at Vuosaari during the renovation from 1.6.2026
The group exercise price includes a swimming after the workout. No swimming pool at our Pasila hall.
The gym price includes a swimming after the workout (with the exception of the small extra fee at Vuosaari and Mäkelänrinne 3 €). No swimming pool at our Pasila hall.

Group exercise in the summer season

The summer group exercise schedule will be published on 10.4.
You can make bookings for 11 classes up to two (2) weeks ahead (15 days) via our online booking system
Cancellations should be made no later than three (3) hours before the class begins.
There may be minor changes in the summer schedule for group exercise during some weeks. All changes are always visible in the booking calendar.
Queuing:
- If the class is full, you can register for a place in the queue. Registration for a place in the queue is binding. When a place becomes available, the first person in the queue is automatically moved to the class participant list. We will send a confirmation email from this transaction to the email address you have on your customer account.
- The queue closes 3 hours before the class starts, after which it is not possible to get a place in the class from the queue. If you cannot attend the class, please cancel the queue place before the queue closes. Queue places are included in the class booking quota (11 classes/15 days).
Pensioners:
- Pensioners can book a regular spot for summer day classes that are marked with a star (*). Bookings start on 13 April at 8 am.
- Classes marked with a *star are held during weekdays between 8.30 am–2.30 pm.
- Pensioners can book a regular spot for also to Water Exercise classes (not Hydrobic).
- When booking for a regular spot for summer classes, you do not need to have a valid group exercise service bought in advance.
- Hall customer service makes the regular class bookings (call or visit the customer service).
- Queue places are not available when booking regular spots.

Autumn season for group exercise begins on 1 September.
- Pensioners can book a regular spot for autumn day classes that are marked with a star (*). Bookings start on 10 August at 8 am.
- *Star classes are held during weekdays between 8.30 am–2.30 pm
- Pensioners can book a regular spot for also to Water Exercise classes (not Hydrobic).
- A 10-visit group exercise card allows one regular class booking per season (fall or spring), a 20-visit card allows two. Monthly card holders can book up to three regular spots for their card’s duration (1–6 months). Hall customer service makes the regular class bookings (call or visit the customer service).
- Queue places are not available when booking regular spots.

A valid monthly card (1, 3 or 6 months) can be paused for the summer season (2.5.-31.8.) and if you wish, you can take advantage of the affordable summer prices.
Summer services have no purchase limit. Summer services (per visit, multi-visit and monthly cards) must be used in their entirety within their validity period, i.e. no later than by the end of the summer season on 31 August 2025.

Note!

On Ascension Day, 14 May, the halls will be open according to Sunday opening hours, but Pasila will be open from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Midsummer 19.-21.6. all halls are closed.
Fri 14.8. all halls closed (work community day).
