LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® (60 MIN)

A class based on yoga, tai chi and pilates, consisting of movements that develop balance, mobility and static strength. At the end of the class, there is a short relaxation. The same program is done for 3 months at a time, so you have plenty of time to learn the sequences.

BODYBALANCE® increases body mobility, control and strength.

Exercise outfit. It is a good idea to bring a sweat towel, water bottle and warm clothes for final relaxation. During the class, you move barefoot.
