It is easier to get to know a new sport in a familiar group. We always tailor the private lesson according to the group’s wishes and starting level. Choose from nearly 40 group exercise classes or take part in a swimming technique lesson. We will arrange facilities and professional guidance for you. The price of a private lesson includes swimming and sauna (with the exception of Pasila).
