Vuosaari is the most versatile sports facility in eastern Helsinki, located right next to the Vuosaari metro station. Two pool areas, ball sports, gym and group exercise facilities guarantee pleasant recreation for all.
Tyynylaavantie 9 B side has 52 spaces outdoor parking area in front of the entrance on the Tyynylaavantie side.
The parking facility of the Mosaic Market has 176 spaces. Driving to the hall from the parking area of Tyynylaavantie.

The distance from the Vuosaari metro station to the hall is about 350 m.
Buses 813, 814 and 815 also run nearby.
Vuosaari group exercise classes are held in the group exercise hall (170 m2). Our versatile classes are enjoyed by people of working age, students and seniors alike.
Among the more than 20 options, you will surely find the most suitable classes for you. Our range of classes includes dance, easy steps and muscle exercises, as well as body maintenance classes. Les Mills concept classes are also part of our class selection.

A large gym with a highly diverse selection of weight machines, free weights, pulleys, various cardio equipment, and functional tools, as well as a stretching area.
A gym program tailored to your needs is a great support for training, and if you wish, a Personal Trainer will help you achieve the results you need.
The age limit for the gym is 15 years.
The gym has HUR equipment, which are based on compressed air technology and allows you to train safely. The resistance can be adjusted in increments of 0.1 kg. In January-February, we organise guidance on how to use the equipment. View schedule.

In the downstairs gym (old weightlifting room), training is primarily done with barbell machines, barbells, and dumbbells. The space includes multiple squat racks, a deadlifting area, and a bench press bench. Suitable for strength training.

The size of the Vuosaari sports hall is 882 m² (42 m x 21 m) and the floor material of the hall is xxx. There is also an 11 m x 8.5 m stage in connection with the hall, so other events and performances can also be arranged there.
You can play floorball, volleyball, badminton, futsal and basketball in the hall.

You can visit our solarium for a one-visit fee or buy a ten-visit solarium card.
The solarium booking lasts a total of 30 minutes, and the solarium device can be used for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time.

Vuosaari has two private saunas of different sizes. The smaller private sauna can accommodate 8–10 people, the larger sauna can accommodate 10–12 people. There is also a dressing room and toilet. The sauna must be reserved for at least two (2) hours.
Sauna space rental includes a swimming bonus. N.B! Towels and sauna seat covers are not included in the rental price.
After the sauna, you can take advantage of the hall’s other services for a per visit fee.
