PERSONAL TRAINER PACKAGES

Our Personal Trainers are fitness professionals with extensive experience working with people of different backgrounds and goals. Your training plan is tailored specifically for you, taking into account your starting level, background, life situation, and personal goals.

Personal Training is a great way to start exercising, develop your fitness, or make a more lasting lifestyle change. With longer training packages, you can build sustainable routines into your everyday life that support and improve your health, functional ability, fitness, and overall well-being. For whom?

  • For you if you want a personal training program – whether for the gym, mobility training, running, a home workout plan, or something else.
  • For you if you want to update or improve an existing training program to support your progress.
  • For you if you want one-on-one guidance on exercise techniques, so you can train safely, ergonomically, and effectively.

  • For you if you want to get started the right way, learn proper techniques, and gain clear direction.
  • For you if you want a personal gym, fitness, or wellness program that can be updated as needed.

  • 3 one-on-one personal training sessions
  • A personalized training program (updated if needed)
  • Weekly follow-up (agreed individually)
  • Ongoing motivation and support throughout the process
  • Sessions must be used within 3 months

  • Ongoing motivation and support throughout the process
  • Program adjustments when needed based on your life situation
  • Sessions must be used within 6 months

  • For you if you want to build lasting new routines to improve your health, functional ability, well-being, energy levels, and/or fitness.
  • For you if you want to reach your goals with greater confidence through clear, consistent, and progressive training, and, if needed, other supportive lifestyle changes.

What’s included:

  • 10 one-on-one personal training sessions
  • An updated training program and possible nutritional guidance
  • Weekly follow-up (agreed individually)
  • Ongoing motivation and support throughout the entire journey
  • Program adjustments when needed based on your life situation
  • Sessions must be used within 12 months
  • The content of the service is planned jointly by the client and the personal trainer during the service period.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that their state of health is sufficient for safe training.
  • The personal trainer will contact the client once (1) per week or at mutually agreed intervals (Trainero, phone call, email, text message).
  • The client has the right to contact the personal trainer once (1) per week in a manner agreed with the PT (Trainero, phone call, email, text message). Additional contact may be necessary for rescheduling appointments or in case of illness.
  • When training takes place outside Urheiluhallit facilities, the client is responsible for paying both their own and the personal trainer’s admission fees.
  • If the client is unable to attend an appointment, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must primarily be made via the booking system or, if necessary, by phone (customer service, not email). Otherwise, the appointment will be considered used. After the appointment time has passed, exemption from payment is granted only by presenting a valid certificate (medical certificate) for the absence.
  • A single (1x) PT session must be used within one (1) month of purchase (excluding sick leave, for which a medical certificate must be provided).
  • Sessions included in a 3x PT package must be used within three (3) months from the date of purchase (excluding sick leave, for which a medical certificate must be provided).
  • Sessions included in a 5x PT package must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase (excluding sick leave, for which a medical certificate must be provided).
  • Sessions included in a 10x PT package must be used within twelve (12) months (excluding sick leave, for which a medical certificate must be provided).
  • If the personal trainer is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, the client will be informed of the cancellation no later than on the morning of the agreed training session.
  • If the client arrives late for an appointment, the session will end according to the originally scheduled time. Lost time will not be compensated.
  • Urheiluhallit reserves the right to assign the client a new personal trainer if the originally agreed trainer is no longer available.

GYM WORKOUT PLAN

Our professional exercise instructors will guide you in the use of the equipment and create a personal gym program for beginners and more experienced trainers alike.

GYM

Beginners and more experienced gym-goers are all welcome! Each of our gyms is equipped with a versatile selection of equipment, scaled to the size of the facility.

FITNESS TESTS

Whether you are just starting exercise, wanting to get more fit or simply monitoring your active training, fitness testing can assess your current fitness levels and provide you with instructions for future training.

GROUP EXERCISE: GYM

A comfortable and safe way to practice gym training. At the beginning of the class, there is a joint warm-up, after which everyone will move on to the gym to do our own workouts.
