Assess your fitness level with a fitness test at Mäkelänrinne, Pasila, or Vuosaari. Your goal can be to start exercising, improve your fitness, or monitor your active training. The test is suitable for all fitness levels, as your own condition always determines the test level. After the test, you will receive clear instructions for how to continue. If you have any health limitations, we will find a testing method that works for you. You are welcome to come alone, with a partner, or in a group.
Vuosaari testing station is closed starting June 29. Testing will resume as normal on July 20, 2026.
