TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CUSTOMER CONTRACTS

Service Provider = Urheiluhallit Oy (Urheiluhallit Oy, Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus Oy, Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy)

1. General Sales Terms

All sales between the Customer and the Service Provider are subject to the Sales Terms in this document. By making a payment for the services, the Customer accepts these Sales Terms and agrees to follow them. The contract is finalized when the Customer has made the payment and the Service Provider has confirmed it. The Service Provider will inform the Customer of any changes in the contract Terms and Conditions no later than one month before the changes take effect.

2. Personal multi-visit and monthly exercise services

All monthly and multi-visit exercise services are uploaded to the customer account, to which a customer card is then attached. The customer card (value 4 €) is included in the price for the new customer and can be collected from the hall’s customer service. The first time you visit us, you will need to bring an identity document with you. If you lose your customer card, you will need to buy a new customer card for 4 €. With the customer card, you can go through the access gates or through the self-service terminal for swimming, gym, or group exercise without having to visit customer service. In addition, you can purchase certain services directly from the online store to your own customer account. The customer card and the services it contains may not be handed over to another person. Misuse leads to a temporary ban. If you wish to transfer the services you have purchased to someone else, please contact our customer service.

3. Validity period

The term of the purchased services is two years (730 days) from the date of purchase and the visits/time must be fully used up during the validity period, including any breaks (monthly services). Monthly services are valid as follows: 1 month = 30 days, 3 months = 90 days, 6 months = 180 days from the first use. N.B! Promotions and offers may have a different validity period.

4. Visit duration

One paid exercise visit is reserved for two and a half hours of training, including the possible swim bonus, and washing and dressing time (in and out of the gate). Group exercise must be attended well in advance, no later than ten minutes before the class starts. Otherwise, the reserved spot may be handed over to the next customer in queue. You can access the gates no earlier than 45 min (Siltamäki 30 min) before the start of the class. If you are a day card holder, you must check in at the customer service point if you arrive to class earlier than 8.30 am. At Töölö, always check-in at the self-service terminal or at the customer service point. If you are at the gate less than 10 minutes before the class starts, check in at the self-service terminal or customer service point. N.B! If you have more than one service on your card or a Supercard, you must always check yourself in at the self-service terminal or at the customer service point.

5. Use of the services

The service purchased to the customer account can be used at the Service Provider’s locations where it is offered. If a swimming card is used in a more expensive hall, an intermediate fee will be charged. If you want to use the services of an external Personal Trainer or similar, the operator in question must pay a separate one-time Personal Trainer fee (15 € / client / visit). The customer pays a per visit fee or uses a valid multi-visit or monthly card.
