Purchasing a gift card is easy via our web store for a fixed price or from the hall’s customer service point for the sum of your choosing.

With a gift card you can pay for:

• swimming (single visits, multi-visit and monthly cards)
• group exercise (single visits, multi-visit and monthly cards)
• gym (single visits, multi-visit and monthly cards)
• courses
• fitness tests
• events
• children’s sports
• swimming schools
• Personal Trainer
• badminton
• padel

Purchasing a gift card

When buying from the web store, you will receive the gift card as a PDF attachment to your email in connection with the payment confirmation. N.B! Purchasing services from the web store requires registration.

• The gift card can be purchased for a fixed amount: 10 €, 25 €, 50 €, 75 €, 100 €, 150 €, 200 € or 500 €.
• If you cannot find the desired value, you can also buy a gift card by combining fixed amounts.
  E.g. 3 x 10 € = 30 € gift card.

Customer service will provide you with a plastic gift card. It is possible to buy a gift card from hall’s customer service for an amount of your choice.

The gift card is valid for 730 days from the date of purchase.

The gift card has a descending balance and does not need to be used at once. If only part of the balance of a gift card purchased through the web store is used, the remaining balance will be transferred to a plastic gift card in customer service to wait for the next purchase.

The gift card cannot be loaded with added value, nor can it be used to buy another gift card or exchange for cash. Exercise benefits, vouchers or similar payment methods are not valid for buying a gift card.

N.B. Plastic gift card can only be used as a payment method at our customer service locations. A PDF gift card purchased from the online shop can be used as a payment method both at customer service and in the online shop.
