Exercise benefits are for personal use only. They cannot be exchanged for cash and we do not reimburse services purchased with them. 

N.B! We do not have access to your exercise benefit credit sum. You can learn your credit sum via your exercise benefit provider’s online service.

Web store

In the web store you pay through Verifone BlueCommerce using online banking credentials and/or other payment options accepted by Verifone BlueCommerce. When shopping online, the General terms of Online Sales are in effect.

Exercise benefits: You can also use SmartumPay and ePassi as payment in the web store (not in the OnTheMove app). Exercise benefits are for personal use only. They cannot be exchanged for cash and we do not reimburse services purchased with them. 

As a rule, exercise benefits can be used for normal-priced services for adults:

• Single, multi-visit and monthly cards for swimming
• Single, multi-visit and monthly cards for the gym
• Single, multi-visit and monthly cards for group exercise
• Single, multi-visit and monthly combination cards for Swimming & Gym
• Selected seasonal services, such as summer services

Courses, tests, exercise programs, swimming schools, ball sports or events cannot be paid for with exercise benefits in the web store.

Invoicing (for business)

We offer invoicing contracts to our corporate customers via Firmanpiikki (Company Tab) (yrityspalvelut@urheiluhallit.fi).
