Would you like to get excited about a new sport, start a lifestyle change, hone your aquajogging technique or learn to train in the gym in a more versatile and effective way? You are welcome to our courses, whether you are a beginner or an experienced trainer. Additionally, you can go swimming for free after each course session (no swimming pool at our Pasila hall).

FITNESS BOXING

Our fitness boxing courses will give you a great initiation to fitness boxing or martial arts in general.

INTRODUCTION TO GYM TRAINING

The course teaches you how to train in the gym and how the equipment works. You will also get a personalized gym program.

INRTODUCTION TO GYM TRAINING, 13-15 YEARS

After completing the course, you will receive a basic program for the gym and with the approval of the course instructor and the consent of a parent or a guardian, you can continue training independently in our gyms.

AQUAJOGGING

In our course, you will learn the basic technique of aquajogging, different jogging styles and the use of equipment that enhances training.

TECHNIQUE COURSES

These courses teach you more about the basic gym exercise techniques (squats, deadlifts, chin-ups and vertical push-ups) and their variations.
