INTRODUCTION TO GYM TRAINING

The course covers how to train in the gym and how the equipment works. Under the guidance of a professional, you will learn the correct postures, movement paths and how to use gym equipment so that you can continue training independently after the course. You will also have your own gym program.

Courses are organised iat the Kallio, Malmi, Mäkelänrinne, Töölö and Vuosaari halls. You can register for the course through our online store or at the hall’s customer service point.

The minimum age limit for the course is 15 years.

Price: 59 € / 4 sessions 60 min or intensive 2 sessions 120 min.

The course is designed for people of all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced gym goer. The course provides you with personal guidance, as well as additional tips and motivation for training. Under the guidance of a professional, you will learn the correct postures and how to use gym equipment.

You will learn how to function correctly in the gym and will be able to train independently in the future. Regular exercise improves muscle strength and maintains functional capacity. The group will give you enthusiasm and support for your training.
