FITNESS BOXING COURSES

Our fitness boxing course will prepare you well for starting fitness boxing classes or other martial arts. Fitness boxing exercises develop coordination and reaction ability as well as stretch the neck and shoulder area. When doing sport-specific muscle conditioning exercises, muscle tone also improves.

Fitness boxing courses are held at the Pasila hall.

N.B! The next advanced course in fitness boxing will be held in autumn 2024.

You can participate in individual fitness boxing technique classes in at the Pasila hall.

FITNESS BOXING, BEGINNER 84 € / 8 SESSIONS

In the beginner course you will learn the basic techniques of fitness boxing and their combinations. You will learn fist position and match positioning, basic punches, movement techniques and tactics, dodges and different punch combinations. The techniques are also practiced safely with a pair with light contact without hurting the opponent. In addition, coordination and mobility exercises as well as various endurance and muscle conditioning exercises are performed. The course also includes equipment exercises, i.e. hitting point gloves, punching bags and pillows.

The course is ideally suited for those who have no previous martial arts background. The course will prepare you well for starting martial arts and fitness boxing classes.

FITNESS BOXING, ADVANCED 84 € / 8 SESSIONS

In the advanced course, more demanding swing combinations and combinations are practiced. At the beginning of the course, the intensity and intensity of the training is kept suitable so that participants from different backgrounds can adapt to the physical load.

The course is suitable for beginners and those who have previously practiced boxing or other martial arts. The course will prepare you well for continuing martial arts in fitness boxing or kickboxing classes.
