STEP & BODY (50 min)

An effective, whole-body interval lesson where stepping onto the board and muscle conditioning sections alternate. In addition to your own body weight, you use different equipment in the muscle training sections. The intensity of the class can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the step board.

Effective steps combined with muscle conditioning exercises challenges the body thoroughly.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
