STEP (50 min)

The class introduces easy, basic steps. The steps are combined into choreographic series that are developed from easy to more challenging. The intensity of the class can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the step board.

Stepping on the board develops endurance and coordination, as well as strengthens the muscles and bones of the lower body.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
