FITNESS KICKBOXING (60min)

An intense martial arts class consisting of versatile footwork, punches, kicks, and elbow and knee techniques.  Various pads and sacks are used for kicks and punches, as part of the pair training in class.

Fitness kickboxing exercises develop coordination and reaction ability and stretch the neck and shoulder area.


Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle. If you wish, you can bring your own boxing gloves.
