REGISTER DESCRIPTION
The register description of the Customer and invoicing client data files of Urheiluhallit Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Helsinginkatu 25, Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus Oy and Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy
1. Register controller
Urheiluhallit Oy, Läntinen Brahenkatu 2, 00510 Helsinki (Business ID: FI01155514).
2. The purpose of the register
Client data is used to manage the information on invoicing clients for the purposes of invoicing. A normal customer relationship also requires a Customer’s basic information to be available for contact purposes, if necessary.
3. Bases for storing the data
The registered users are in a customer relationship with Urheiluhallit Oy’s sports facilities, Kiinteistö Oy Helsinginkatu 25, Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus Oy or Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy.
4. The register’s data content
The name, address, date of birth, gender, contact information, purchase data and visit log of each Customer. The national identity code or business ID of each invoicing client.
5. The register’s regular information sources
Information received from the people registered. If necessary, the information is verified with the Civil Registry, the Register of Associations, the Trade Register, Suomen Asiakastieto Oy or a similar source.
6. Regular sharing of the personal data
Personal data may be released to a court, the police or a bailiff according to the restrictions and obligations determined by the effective laws, if matters pertaining to the rental agreements must be transferred to these authorities to process.
7. The register’s internal use
The register is available for the staff to use. New customer data is entered into the register when making reservations or purchases or when entering invoicing information. The customer data will remain stored in the register for the necessary period required by law.
8. Protecting the register
Only those staff members who possess the right to handle customer data due to their work are allowed to use the customer data system. Each user has their own user ID and password for the system. The data is collected into databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means.
The databases and their backup copies are located in locked facilities, and only certain people with prior permission have access to the data.
9. Combining the register with other personal data registers
The register data will not be combined with other personal data registers.
10. Informing the people registered
The people registered were notified when signing the agreement that their personal information will be recorded and kept at the central office of Urheiluhallit Oy. The register description can be viewed at this central office (Läntinen Brahenkatu 2, 00510 Helsinki) and online at www.urheiluhallit.fi (in Finnish).
11. Right of inspection
A registered person may request the right to make an inspection at any of the group’s sites. The register does not contain any data that the inspection right would not cover.
12. Correcting the data
If necessary, the correctness of the information is verified with the Civil Registry, the Register of Associations or the Trade Register. The persons in charge of the register or the invoicing have primary responsibility for correcting any erroneous data.
13. Right of prohibition
A registered person has the right to prohibit the handling of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
