Sports camp is the highlight of every holiday! At the camp, children aged 7–12 can try different sports indoors and outdoors under the guidance and encouragement of our instructors. The weekly program is full of diverse joy and activities as well as nice friends.

Mäkelänrinne: Mon-Thu program 9 am–4 pm, Fri 9 am–2 pm Children are picked up no later than 4.30 pm (Mon-Thu) and 2.30 pm (Fri). Children can come to the hall from 8 am.
Vuosaari: The day’s program starts every day at approximately 9 am. Children can come to the hall from 8 am. Children are picked up Mon-Thu from 3.45 pm, no later than 4.30 pm and on Friday no later than 3.30 pm.

The price includes a camp shirt, wristband, program and meals.
Your child will need outdoor and indoor exercise gear daily as well as swimwear (Mon–Fri). They should also bring a hat/cap and a water bottle.
The group will have lunch together at the swimming hall café. Additionally, the children can bring along healthy snacks (e.g. fruit, a sandwich and a juice box). The snacks can be stored in the fridge during the day. Please remember to notify us if your child has any allergies or special diets in the additional information form (sent to you by email).
Depending on the sport, we will have access to the swimming pools, ball game and exercise halls as well as the swimming hall’s surroundings for outdoor activities.
Individual group size is about 20 children with two instructors. The children will be divided into groups based on their age and friends. Our instructors have received camp instructor training.
Whether the camp fee is paid at the customer service point or online, any cancellations must be made 6 weeks before the camp starts. We will charge a 10 € processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made later than this will require a medical certificate.
If your child becomes ill during the camp, please send an email to sporttileiri@urheiluhallit.fi. The camp fee will be refunded, if you present a medical certificate. We will charge a 10 € processing fee for the cancellation. You may submit the medical certificate (at all our locations) to: Mäkelänrinteen Uintikeskus, Sporttileirit, Mäkelänkatu 49, 00510 Helsinki.
