LAVIS® (50 min)

Lavis is a fun, easy and sweaty form of exercise that teaches the intermediate form of social dance steps. The class has easy choreography that follows familiar dances such as foxi, cha cha, jenkka, rock/jive and salsa. Lavis® is danced in your own style without a partner.

In the class, you will learn the basics of different social dance steps. The class improves aerobic fitness and coordination.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
