MOTHER - BABY (45 min)

Group exercise class for mothers recovering from childbirth with a baby aged 2 to 8 months. The class takes into account the changes in the body caused by pregnancy and focuses on the mother’s exercise. The class consists of a warm-up, muscle conditioning exercises suitable for the target group, and exercises that take care of the pelvic floor and core. 

From time to time, we offer a class on recognizing abdominal muscle separation and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. The class is an information package about pregnancy and postpartum changes in the body. During the class, you can tests the state of the separation of your own abdominal muscles, perform exercises for the pelvic floor muscles and practice the use of the core in body control.

The mother can join a group exercise class with the baby. It is easier to start exercising after childbirth in a peer group and with the guidance of an instructor. In addition, during the class you will meet other mothers with their babies.

Exercise outfit, indoor exercise shoes, water bottle and sweat towel. For the baby, a tray or cot.
