Training time ends 30 min before closing.

During Instructed Gym classes, the gym is only available to class participants as follows:

  • Mondays 10.20 am–12.30 pm
  • Tuesdays 11.30 am–12.30 pm
  • Thursdays 10 am–12.10 pm
